My 87yo Mum’s boiler developed a slow leak over the Christmas period leaving her without heat and hot water. Her maintenance plan with BG proved useless as their only appointment was 3 days away. Ewan came within 30 minutes of being contacted, diagnosed the issue and drove to Blackburn to get the part from the only shop open and fixed it! Brilliant. Highly recommend.

A fractured copper joint under a kitchen sink was causing constant drips. We isolated, cut out the split section and soldered a new pipe — cupboards saved, no more water damage.

Ewan did a great job sorting out our kitchen sink. From a past issue, we knew from that plumber the the pipe set-up was a bit strange, so we were a bit more concerned, but he dealt with the whole situation efficiently and professionally, and outside of normal working hours! We were so thankful, and no leaks or issues after. I would happily recommend him.
